- from Thursday, May 16th, 2024 at 00:01 to Sunday, June 30th, 2024 at 23:59 (EET) for late birds.
Third country nationals (i.e. non-EU) are encouraged to apply as early birds. The Selection Committee will convene twice, once for early birds and once for late birds. Early bird applications will be dealt with priority
